After consultations between Loretto and Craigielaw Golf Club the following COVID measures will be in place to ensure the safe running of the event for all players and staff.

  1. Scottish Golf will be on site to manage the scoring with most being conducted through the Scottish Golf App

  2. Unfortunately we will be restricting access to the clubhouse, course and driving range to players and up to two staff from each school

  3. All other adults will be restricted to drop off and pick up in the car park

  4. Registration will take place outside in front of the clubhouse

  5. There will be no official prize giving to reduce the possibility of large numbers of players gathering together. After players have completed their round and finalised their scoring at the scoring station theywill be free to leave. Final results will be published online and prizes sent out to schools.

Please can I request that you ensure that a minimum of 1 member of staff or designated adult per school is present at all times on the day in case of emergency?
