Lorettonians leave these yellow walls for future pathways that are as exciting and diverse as they are! They are real-world ready, compassionate and curious. Most go on to university, though some prefer to expand their horizons with a gap year first. Every year, some Lorettonians prefer to move into the world of work, either directly or via apprenticeship experiences. Whatever pathway they choose, they love to stay in touch and are welcomed back to share their wisdom with current pupils.
Our Applications Team remain happy to help with future plans, no matter when a student left our campus. Below is a map of where Lorettonians have chosen to study in the UK in the last few years.
On graduation each pupil automatically joins The Lorettonian Society. Founded in 1947 to help former Pupils of Loretto keep in touch with each other and with the School it has been uniquely successful in fostering a lasting and personal interest in the School amongst former Pupils.
The Lorettonian Magazine, which has a large section of Old Lorettonian news and information, is sent every year to all OLs throughout the world.
Membership includes virtually all those who have been educated at Loretto and at present there are around 4500 members.
