- A completed registration form – download here (if you wish to complete the form digitally, please select ‘All Tools’ – ‘Fill & Sign’ to proceed. Please send completed forms to admissions@loretto.com)
- The most recent school report
- A photograph (head and shoulders)
- A copy of your child’s passport
- A £120 registration fee
