Loretto offers a variety of classic event spaces across our spacious, leafy campus. Located just six miles from Edinburgh city centre, Loretto is well connected and easily accessible by road and rail.

Corporate Venues

Whether it’s an intimate meeting or a large conference, Loretto has a venue to suit all corporate events and budgets, with capacities ranging from 25-200 guests. Our venues combine history with tradition, whilst also being incredibly versatile – meaning you can tailor your event to suit your specific requirements.

Loretto’s Concert Hall is a bright, modern room complete with a conference table and chairs and a wall-mounted screen. This versatile space is perfect for meetings, workshops, and conferences.

Capacity: 92

The CRC presents two rooms connected by a linking corridor, making it a perfect space for meetings, breakout sessions, and conferences. Please note this space is only available outwith term time.

Capacity: 60-120

Situated within the Loretto Golf Academy, the Conference Suite is a bright, modern room complete with a conference table and chairs and a wall-mounted screen. The training centre downstairs can also be hired for corporate events and golf experiences.

Capacity: 25

An atmospheric facility, located within the impressive 16th century Pinkie House. The Library features panelled walls lined with books and looks down on the scenic Walled Garden. This room can be used in conjunction with the adjacent Conference Room.

Capacity: 30-70

Pinkie Conference Room is a light and airy room which boasts integrated audio visual facilities, making it suitable for meetings, workshops, and conferences.

Capacity: 60-130

Wow your guests with the extraordinary Painted Gallery. Featuring intricate heraldic and classical designs spanning the ceiling of the 90 foot room, this grand space is full of character.

Capacity: 90-130

This is a smart and handsome space within Schoolhouse, situated at the heart of our campus. With picturesque views across the lawn to the Chapel, the Old Library is an inspiring space, well-suited for team meetings and small gatherings.

Capacity: 60

One of our most popular and modern venues, the Theatre is ideal for hosting presentations, conferences, and training events thanks to its large retractable projector screen and speaker podium.

Experiences and Add-ons

From a day of Tennis on the Astro to Axe Throwing on Pinkie Playing Field, we offer a variety of immersive and engaging activities that will delight your team. If you have an exciting team building idea which you would like to discuss, please contact the Events and Lettings Manager at events@loretto.com.

Working in partnership with the award-winning Thomas Franks, Loretto proudly offers delicious and nutritious meals and canapés for corporate events, upon request. Quality and variety are at the heart of every menu, which can be adapted to suit all dietary requirements.

Overnight stays in one of our cosy boarding houses are available upon request. A mixture of single, twin, triple, and quad rooms are offered, with shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen facilities.
