This new academic year brings with it a new Head for Loretto, Pete Richardson. Originally from South Africa, Pete joined us from Gordonstoun in 2023 as our Vicegerent and replaces Dr. Graham Hawley who retired in July 2024.
Pete and his family moved into our Head’s House, Mavor, during the summer holidays, and have settled in, ready for the start of the new academic year.
With invigoration and many plans afoot, Mr. Richardson will lead Loretto into this new era, strongly supported by our Head of Operations, Linda Cessford, our Junior School Head, Catherine Beddison and our Senior Deputy Head, Rachael Delaney.
